A story born in New York and built in Guadalajara.
I arrived in New York while I was still young, with big dreams and very little certainty. The city welcomed me with its unique energy: intense, fast, demanding... but also full of small moments that stay with you forever. One of those moments was my first traditional bagel. A hot bagel, fresh out of the oven, with melting butter and a cup of coffee in hand. It was not just food. It was an experience. It was New York in one bite: authentic, direct, and proud of its tradition. Over time I understood something important: that flavor, that texture, that experience... did not exist in Mexico. So I decided to change that. That is how NYBAGEL GROUP was born.
